What we collect, and why. In plain English.

No account, no tracking dashboard, no data sold on. Here is exactly what happens to your information.

Who is responsible for your data

John Akinmade, trading as CLEARANCE, based in the United Kingdom, is the data controller for the information described here. Questions or requests: john.akinmade@clearance-diagnostic.com.

What we collect directly

When you use CLEARANCE, we collect:

There is no account and no login, so we do not build up an ongoing profile of you beyond what is needed to generate and deliver a given report.

Payment: handled by Stripe, not by us

Payment is processed directly by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not see, receive, or store your card details at any point. Stripe may pass us confirmation that payment succeeded, together with basic transaction information such as the amount and a reference number. Stripe has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your payment details.

Who else sees your information

We use a small number of service providers to actually run CLEARANCE. None of them are permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your assessment answers only for as long as needed to generate and deliver your report, and to handle any follow-up query you raise about it. We do not use your answers for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with anyone outside the providers listed above.

Cookies and this website

The CLEARANCE website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser contacting Google's servers. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
