Price is shown at checkout before you pay, so you know the exact figure before committing to anything. It varies by sector. Healthcare organisations in the UK have their own tier, which adds DSPT cross-reference and DTAC alignment on top of the standard report. Either way, it's one fixed fee for one report, with no follow-up call needed.

The intake takes about ten minutes: a structured set of questions about your AI deployment, decision points, and data flows, in plain language and answerable without technical knowledge. Your report is generated and delivered to your inbox within minutes of payment confirming.

Because CLEARANCE generates a bespoke report immediately on payment, refunds aren't available once a report has been generated and delivered, except where required by law or where generation failed due to a fault on our side. If your report doesn't arrive or is materially defective, contact us and we'll investigate directly.

No, and that's deliberate. CLEARANCE is a fixed-scope engagement: one intake, one report, one outcome. There's no retainer and no ongoing relationship required. If your AI deployment changes materially, you can run another assessment.

We collect the assessment answers you submit and the email address you give us, in order to generate and deliver your report. Payment is handled directly by Stripe, our payment provider. No. Access is granted on payment through our checkout provider and the report is delivered by email. There's nothing to sign up for and nothing to log into afterwards.
